The museum design spatializes an inbetween space through the formal device of line: scrutinizing it for expressive possibilities while never deviating from its principle simplicity, efficiency and approachability. As Finaland – the nation - is the movement of a cartographic line which is then spatialized through time, the line - as it moves through time - defines space.
